Healthy Fruity Punch
Do you love punch as much as I do? I really wanted to create a healthier version of the traditional punch for my sister in laws hens day…this is the recipe I came up with, it is a really simple delicious drink, perfect for any party!
What you need:
3L of organic apple juice
1L of sparkling mineral water
2cups of strawberries (frozen or fresh) blended until smooth
2 peaches cut into large chunks
1 pineapple cut into large chunks
2 lemons sliced
1 bottle of champagne (optional)
What you need to do:
- Prepare fruit for punch
- Pour liquids and pureed strawberries into a large jug or punch bowl
- Add fruit chunks and lemon
- Add Champagne (optional)
